This past weekend we went to the motocross races at Thunder Valley in Lakewood, CO. GO DUNGEY! Kevin and I have been going for the last three years, and its always really fun. This year, I had to come a day later because I had class Friday night, so I decided to make some chili for the trip. I had been craving lentils, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to use them. And it turned out really good!!! This doesn't happen to often, and Kevin liked it... which nearly never happens. LOL But it could have been because he was eating only hot dogs for the past two days.
